We have provided a sample copy of our personal video contract for you to
view. Since video content will very so much these contracts will be written to meet the needs of specific jobs.
All contracts are written to protect you and to make sure that the job is
done to your specifications. All consultation about pricing is free of
charge.
You will need to
contact us to discuss the details of your project. 7 hills will work
only to a contract agreed upon by both parties.

Sample Contract
I________________________give permission to use my video
and photographs to make a video for my personal use.
I also understand that 7 Hills Video's hourly rate is $50.00 unless
other wise agreed to in writing.
I also understand that 7 hills video is not responsible for
any copyrighted material that is added to this video.
I understand that 7 hills is free to use their desecration
when choosing background colors and all transitions for this video.
I understand that 7 hills shall reserve the right to keep
Video and photographic materials as collateral until the finished video is
paid for in full,
I understand that 7 hills will keep a copy of my finished
video to be used for backup or replacement purposes.
The services outlined include original capture
and computer editing, except where indicated. 7 Hills Video agrees to use
no substitutes or sub-contractors in the fulfillment of the contracted
services, except, in the event of extreme emergency.
I understand that The balance of the agreed upon amount
shall be paid on delivery of completed project as described unless other
arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing. A maximum bill of
over 60 days will result in legal action.
In the event of postponement of this contract
by the client, the deposits (10% of project total) and collateral are not
refundable a fee of 10% of the project will be charged in order for the
collateral to be returned to the client. All deposits and collateral will
be held for a period of 6 months pending continuation of the project.
After 6 months the deposit is forfeited, collateral will be held for 2
years. All postponements must be in writing.
In the event of cancellation of this contract by the client, the
deposits are not refundable. The client will be given the
opportunity to recover the Collateral Items at a fee of 10% of the project
cost. All cancellations must be in writing.
7 Hills Video will consult with the client to plan the content
and make every effort to incorporate their vision of this project.
However, the extent and creative expression is to be determined by 7 Hills
Video .
Satisfaction Guarantee: 7 Hills Video agrees to provide a
high level of professionalism and to spend the time necessary to ensure
that this product meets or exceeds the expectations of the client. When
the final product is completed, 7 Hills Video will meet with the client to
review the work. Should the client not be satisfied, all reasonable
efforts will be made to ensure complete satisfaction.

Hills Video reserves the right to use the original tape
and/or reproductions of this project for display, publication, promotional
endeavors or other purposes, Unless other expressed in writing by the
client. At no time will this project ever be used in such a way as to
discredit or in any way harm the client.
No
videotape may be taken off 7 Hills Video premises unless balance is paid
in full, thereafter all sales shall be deemed final.
The purpose of this agreement is to protect both the client and
7 Hills Video This represents the entire understanding between all parties
and there is nothing that has not been reduced to writing and included
herein. 7 Hills Video shall not be held liable for injury or damages
exceeding the value of this agreement and limits any liability for loss,
damage, or failure to deliver the videos, for any reason to the return of
all payments previously made. The client agrees that no further legal
action will be pursued.
Acceptance
of proposal – The above prices, specifications and conditions are
satisfactory and are hereby accepted. 7 Hills Video is authorized to do
the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
